This renovation transformed a weathered dealership service center. Retaining much of the original structure, we reworked the facade, lighting, signage, and access points to enable efficient circulation, guiding people and vehicles smoothly through the building. The updated facade combines durability and industrial elegance, essential in Alberta’s cold climate. A restrained palette of corrugated metal adds resilience and simplicity, with alternating horizontal and vertical corrugation at each corner and varied, low parapet heights that accommodate high winds. Together, these elements add rhythm and gently break up the facade, resulting in a service center that balances sustainability with functionality in understated style.
